Clean Surface: Thoroughly clean the finished wall for 50 to 75 mm on either side of the expansion gap, removing all dust.
Apply Adhesive: Use polymer-based adhesive from Arpitha Exports on both sides of the gap.
Affix Waterproof Sheet: Press the PVC waterproof sheet from Arpitha Exports firmly onto the adhesive, ensuring no air pockets.
Install Rubber Gasket: Place the self-sticking rubber gasket from Arpitha Exports under the aluminum expansion profile to prevent water seepage.
Install Aluminum Profile: Position the 2.5-meter long, 2.00 mm thick 'L' shape powder-coated aluminum profile over the expansion joint gap.
Secure Profile: Fix the aluminum profile firmly to the wall on both sides using stainless steel screws through the provided holes.
