Let's start with Raja Arjun, our fourth-generation, award-winning architect and entrepreneurial maestro. With a Master’s in Design Thinking from IED (Spain), Raja is a true master of his craft, carrying on his family's legacy in Bengaluru's realty, automobile, and commodity trading sectors. For the past decade, he’s been steering the family’s realty division toward a design-centric future, overseeing over a million square feet of built space. Now, with BuildingSteps, he's on a mission to digitize realty and serve a billion people!

And then there’s Vinod Jain – our architectural genius and tech wizard extraordinaire! With a Bachelor's in Architecture from Bangalore University and a Master's from the University of Oklahoma, he's got the design skills to dazzle. But wait, there’s more! Vinod also has a diploma in Computer Science, blending creativity with coding.
A true serial entrepreneur, Vinod has built and scaled multiple tech companies during his 25-year adventure in eCommerce. From crafting stunning structures to developing innovative software, he's done it all. Vinod's magic doesn’t stop there – he's a pro at assembling and leading stellar teams in both India and the USA. With Vinod at the helm, innovation is always just around the corner!
