Installation Process

1. Clean Up: Remove garbage and check if the gap in the concrete structure is straight and even.
2. Leveling: Use high-strength cement mortar to level the area; the width should be more than 150 mm.
3. Install Water Barrier:
   • Ensure the water barrier doesn’t cover the snapped ink line.
   • Apply special glue on the screed coat and the bottom of the water barrier.
   • After the glue is nearly dry, place the water barrier on the screed coat.
4. Install Aluminium Base:
   • Nail the screws to keep the base straight; misalignment can occur if the centering bar bolt is screwed down.
   • Ensure the decorative level matches the height of the aluminium base.
   • Fill gaps with sealant to prevent leaks.
5. Install Centering Bar:
   • Lean the centering bar at a 45-degree angle to the aluminium base.
   • Use screw holes on the aluminium plate to confirm the centering bar's location.
   • Mark on the decorative level, place the centering bar, and secure it with screws from one side to the other.
6. Finish Installation: Tighten the screws on the plate to complete the installation.
